Swabhimaan operates as an aggregator platform that connects senior citizens and their families with third-party service providers, including senior living homes, assisted care facilities, travel operators, and product sellers. Swabhimaan does not own, operate, or manage any of the listed facilities or services.
While we take reasonable steps to verify the quality and authenticity of listed services, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party content or services available through our platform.
As a user of Swabhimaan, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a booking; use the platform only for lawful purposes; not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities; respect the intellectual property rights of Swabhimaan and third parties; and not attempt to interfere with the platform's functionality or security.
All bookings made through Swabhimaan are subject to availability and the specific terms of the service provider. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund conditions are outlined on each listing page and in our Refund Policy. Swabhimaan acts as a facilitator and is not liable for disputes between users and service providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Swabhimaan and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Swabhimaan's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Swabhimaan in the twelve months preceding the claim.
All content on the Swabhimaan platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Swabhimaan Eldertech Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings. We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting our support team before pursuing legal action.
Swabhimaan reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
